This site includes many functions that allow you to work with us from your office or home. Of course, it's sometimes still necessary (or preferred) to conduct business in-person. That being said, we've provided the necessary information to locate us or make contact with one of our representatives.

Directions to our facility:

From 1-40 (Bypass) East-bound:
~ Take 1-40 East-bound to Hwy. 52 North.
~ Remain to the right while on access ramp onto 52.
~ Take the first exit, which is Sprague Street.
~ At bottom of exit ramp, take a left onto Sprague Street.
~ Take the first right after you cross under the 52 bridge, Glendale Street (perhaps no street sign).
~ After you pass Monmouth Street, turn left into the parking lot. We are in the 2-story, red brick building. Our doors are under the large “Security Storage” sign (opening onto the parking lot).
We have a sign on the glass doors. If you get to Sunnyside Ice, you have gone too far.

~ Take 1-40 West-bound to Hwy. 52 North.
~ Take first exit, which is Sprague Street.
~ The exit ramp from I-40 West (onto 52 North), becomes the exit ramp for Sprague Street (from 52 North).
~ At bottom of exit ramp, take a left onto Sprague Street.

~ At the bottom of the exit ramp, take a left onto Waughtown Street.

From Business 40 (Old I-40) East-bound or West-bound:
~ Take Business 40 to Hwy. 52 South-bound.
~ Take 52 South to the Waughtown Street exit.
